Amplify the joy of clients. It’s fun, it feels good, and it grows business.
It’s that time of year again when we take a closer look at our personal and professional lives and take stock of progress. We tend to think a bit deeper. I got an early start this week.
I received a few very positive comments from clients this week and it got me thinking about the importance of those clients and their comments.
When people find out about what we do with client case studies and customer success stories, they often smile in wonderment about the niche. They usually say something along the lines of “that sounds like fun.”
“There is nothing more fun,” I normally reply, “than learning about, writing about, and sharing stories of happy clients and customers.”
Happy clients renew and invigorate. They bring joy and that joy is contagious.
People are delighted to be invited, and participate, and be featured in stories. Everyone loves to see their names and faces in print.
They are happy to endorse their most productive business relationships. They are proud to highlight smart decisions and results.
And our clients are naturally enthused when compliments are bestowed on them and their companies. They are grateful to have these sentiments captured for their corporate memory and company history. They appreciate having results validated and shared.
This virtuous cycle of joy is powerful. Success begets success and joy begets joy.
Oh, and it can build business, too.
Soak up the joy, express the joy, and share the joy as often as you can. You will be hard pressed to find a more potent tonic for growth and prosperity.
